Ø Outbound process: Upsell & cross-sell executive and certification courses
Ø Inbound Process: Attend to the sales & services calls received on the customer care numbers.
Ø Online Chat Process: Be available to address any query coming through online chat mode.
Ø Responsible for converting telephone enquiries into admissions.
Ø Responsible for achieving business targets through effective counselling as per the timelines.
