Job Description: Must be 18 years of age.
· Answers incoming customer calls regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions, and general client concern.
· Make a call to the customer for the collection Process.
· Minimum 12th pass & above.
· Must be ready to work in flexible shifts.
· Must have good computer knowledge and typing speed.
